To access your Microsoft OneDrive files, you can log into OneDrive on your desktop. Follow the steps below to gain access to your files.
1. Ensure you are signed into OneDrive.

If signed in, you will see a blue cloud on the right of the taskbar.

However, if the icon is grey, has a line though it, or a red "x" appears beside it, you are not signed in.

2. Click the Icon.

If you are not signed in, click "Sign In".
Note: If you were previously signed into OneDrive on this computer (and you are just logging back in), this is the only step you need to do.
3. Log-In

Enter your MBTS email address and click "Sign in." Then, enter your password and/or use the Authenticator app. Once signed in, click "Next" until you see the "Back up folders on this PC" dialogue box. Click "Start Backup".
4. Syncing

Now, your computer will sync your OneDrive files to the computer. Some files might not sync or you might see errors like below. If so, contact helpdesk@mbts.edu for access to these files.
