Outlook Desktop App

Icon can be found on your “Home” ribbon on the far right side of your screen. If you don’t see it you may need to scroll over or click the 3 periods to see a larger list to find it

Click on the email you would like to report and select phish alert. Follow the prompts to report it. 

If it is phishing, it will be removed from your mailbox. If it is not a phishing attempt it will be returned to your mailbox after it is processed. Some emails are sent back to your Deleted or Trash folders, so make sure to check for it there if you need the email.

Web Outlook

If you are in web outlook, open the email you find suspicious and find the three period menu on the email itself from that drop down find the Phish Alert button.

Phone Outlook

Similar to Web outlook you will find the Phish Alert button in the menu on the email itself.
